Change in the program
Saturday June 3rd, the Mass that was previously planned at St Peter in the morning, has been cancelled. There will be no official Mass of the CCR Golden Jubilee on that day. We hope this won’t cause you any inconvenience!
1- Attention Please! APRIL 30th - an important deadline for Registrations!
· Because of overwhelming requests for registration, for all those who register after that day, it will NOT be possible to assure a participant kit nor a seat at the two celebrations of Circo Massimo on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd of June.
· April 30th is also the deadline for all pending registration payments. Those who pay on that day, by credit card, will still be assured a seat and a participant-kit. If you are registered and have not finalized payment by then, we cannot assure any seat at Circo Massimo nor a participant-kit.
· April 30th is also the final day for Bank Transfer payments. Any payment after that date should be done by credit card on PayPal, on the page of Donation & Payments.
· After April 30th Groups will not be able to register online. Only individuals will be allowed online registration. If a group leader wishes to add a person, or ask anything regarding their existing group, or if anyone would like to open a new group (of min 10 participants), it will only be possible by sending an email to email@example.com
2- General Secretariat during the CCR Golden Jubilee 2017:
The CCR Golden Jubilee 2017 general secretariat, during the event will be located under the 'portico' at the entrance of St. John Lateran Basilica. The general secretariat of CCR GJ17 will be in effect starting Monday May 29th in the morning, until the afternoon of Saturday June 3rd. All participants who have registered and paid for the event will receive an e-mail mid-May with practical details and information regarding the secretariat’s opening hours.
3- Radios for translations:
Translations during the celebrations of the CCR GJ17 event will be done through FM broadcast band. Each participant will need to bring their own digital radio. Please be sure it is digital!
